I have now finished DF's blanket. It took me over 500 hours to crochet.

It'll fit a queen size bed and the stitches are very close together. IM just excited to have it done. There are pics on my profile in my random folder.

All I can say it :WOOT its done

That is awesome!! I don't think I could have the patient to sit and crochet that for that long without walking away a few times!

Ohh I had to walk away a few times, especially when I got knots in the yarn because and I quote DF

Babe, the only reason you get knots in the yarn is because you angered the yarn gods.

All I could think of after that comment was omg

that is amazing...I've tried this and only had the patience of complete about a 6 inches of the blanket. That is def. 500 hours of love.
