"Daddy" Poem Tribute to 9/11/01
I wrote a poem about my dad being over seas for 9/11 and that was like the day after 9/11 so I will try to remember all of it.
Daddy The one I've always known, the one I've always loved, the one who went to war, is my dad. I know he is over there, over in the dangerous territory, fighting for his right, his right to be free. The freedom that we all enjoy today. Trying to find the one, the one who hurt and killed hundreds of innocent lives on the day of September 11th, 2001. I don't really remember the rest, I mean I was in 6th grade, now 11th. lol. Just thought I'd share that with you. Tell me what you think |
