Is there a way to have all the new user info sent in an email upon signing up? Because it would be really handy to have in one place. Two hours ago I found this great post, and now I can't find it.

It had tons of great info on when you get what, how to go where and what not to do. All this condensed in one email would be AWESOME!

it is sticked at the top of the newbie section. The reason we don't e-mail them is because most people turn off the option to get e-mails so now we just post that link in all the newbie threads.

If it was a bear it would have mauled me to death. lol I'm so sorry, see I knew it was the first thing I read. Only question I have now is what is a jewel member? It was listed under the mandatory reading in the newbie section.

Now I remember how I got so lost, I read OPSEC then started reading then clicking and then three hours later I'm up way past my bed time.

You will get the hang of it, no rush, we aren't going anywhere!

A jewel membership provides members who contribute $$$ to the site additional benefits. You can find more information on what that includes here: http://www.militarysos.com/forum/payments.php
