Secret Sister can't log on - Help Desk

I can't log in to my SS name. Every time I try, it goes back to my regular Username. I don't understand.

Can anyone try to help me out?

I don't want my SS to think I'm ignoring her, But I don't really know how to contact her without revealing myself..

. It was like that yesterday too but I decided to go to bed instead of dealing with it but now I really want and need it.

I had the problem yesterday. Try clearing your cookies or restarting you computer. Restarting is what fixed the problem for me

are you trying to login with another tab or window while still logged into your normal username? that's the only thing i can think of \

I log out of my username, I get the page that saysm thank you for logging out, all your cookies have been cleared. I try to log in under SS, and it logs me back into this username.
I've tried closing the browser, Restarting my computer, clearing cookies. I lose

I have no clue what could fix it besides the other ideas that have been given.

Until it's fixed, you could send your SS an e-card. I use www.123greetings.com.

Also PM the organizer and let them know the situation so you keep your secret, but your sis istn't feeling ignored.
