Archiving PMs - Help Desk

I just received an email saying that my PM box is 90% full and in order for me to keep it from reaching the limit, I can go back and delete PMs or I can archive them. How do I archive the PMs? TIA!

At the bottom of your PM box there is an option that says "Download all PMs as" and then gives file format options. I believe that's what it's talking about: you can archive them by downloading them all to your computer.

That would be one MASSIVE QFP.

I don't know for SURE that's what it means, I've never done it either, but I might have to because my GIGANTIC Modtastic inbox is almost full. Which I can't believe.
