dumb question I know - Help Desk

Please forgive this question. I have been on forums before and I am new to this one. Where am I able to post a new thread in the forums? I see every other button but one that lets me post a new thread instead of a reply. I also want to be able to use the same sig. with my posts but like other forums, I have had serious complications doing this. Any help would be great!

go to the home page-choose the page you want to post in & go there-at the top of that page you should see the new thread button to click on Good luck

I guess I just answered my own question. So I go to the help area and my thread pops up on the forums?

Also, besides the sig. and this has probably been asked many times but how am I able to make my own personalized doll? I have look all over the site and I am a bit confused.
