    Happy Halloween!

Are you dressing up?? Any plans?? I'm doing a Charlie and the chocolate factory theme with work people - I'll add a pic after we take one later today. I love Halloween and dressing up, it puts everyone in a good mood at work LOL and our residents love it (I work in a nursing home)
After work I'll probably end up on the couch watching a scary show with my manz and my pupz

Post a picture if you dress up

We don’t really do Halloween here. It’s a shame, since it looks like fun.

Can I live vicariously through all of you?

I'm taking the kiddo to the Halloween parade in town and she's going to be Minnie Mouse I've got cat ears and a tail, so I'm going to put those on when we go to the parade, but my office is so old and traditional, we don't dress up.

No dressing up at work, but it's the first time I get to hand out candy at our new house, so I will be stopping by a grocery store on the way home to try to find a cat ear headband or something lol.
I live dangerously - I drink whiskey while knitting.

DH is gone, so I’m taking the youngest out trick or treating. After many years of being insane costumes, she is going “normal” this year and is just a vampire. Thank goodness.

I don't like Halloween much, honestly, but I like my kids a lot so I do it up for them anyway. We have done a church Trunk or Treat, a party at their dojo, and now trick-or-treating, which I appreciate, because it makes the hassle of costumes much more worthwhile when there are lots of events. Last night we decorated monster sugar cookies and I feel like we're good on sugar for a couple of years.

Anyway. Here are my older three kids:

We crafted their wands and they are suuuuuuuuper proud of them.

The 2-year-old is in a Spiderman onesie but he doesn't stand still long enough for clear pictures.

DD had enough time to go trick or treating for about 45 min before the bottom fell out and it stormed like crazy...then we went and got wings for dinner

I had a total of 5 Halloween costumes this year 4 of them were homemade.

    Team Rocket from Pokemon
Hercules and Megara (for our Disney Cruise)
Pirates (also for the cruise in the Caribbean)
Orange from Pacman (part of a team costume for kickball)
    Pegacorn (for actual Halloween)
