Presents for a 9 month old

    Advertisements
Piper will be almost 9 months at Christmas and I have no idea what to get her. My mom got her a stroller/walker thing already and a baby do to go with it. I was thinking about getting her some sort of interactive table that she can stand at. What's some other ideas? I like educational things for her.

    TIA

I'm giving my niece (11 months) board books for Christmas.

Gav loved his activity table at that age and he still plays with it so I think that's a great gift. He was also really into the laugh and learn puppy (still is), shape sorters, crawling ball, blocks and interactive books.

"Thank you so much. No matter what, nothing is possible without you behind the scenes bustin heads and takin names. Thank you again. Everything you have done for me means a lot and nothing has gone unnoticed. I love you so much and thank you for saying 'I do.'"

This may be a dumb question, but what is a board book?

Those are great ideas! Thanks! What's a crawling ball? I've never heard of those?

Short books, mostly pictures, maybe with a very simple story. But printed on cardboard so it can withstand a baby throwing it around or chewing on it.

    Amazon.com: board books

Just a book for kids made out of board instead of thin paper pages so it is a bit more kid friendly.

Sandra Boynton books are great little board books for babies. Our favorites are "moo baa la la la" and "from horns to toes and in between" both my kiddos loved them!

THe touch and feel board books are super awesome too! My favorite are the "That's not my..." touch and feel books.
