    Let's talk handmade Christmas gifts

    Advertisements
So Christmas is just over 3 months away I need to start thinking about what Christmas gifts I want to make people! I really enjoy making handmade or partially handmade gifts and it keeps the budget down if done right!

Last year I made solid lotion bars for the ladies that were a big hit.

I made chalkboard bottomed wine glasses for my mom that also were awesome.

This year I hope to make some terrariums for my green thumbed friends.

What do you plan on making? What have you made in the past that went over well? Give me ideas! With photos if you can!

LOVE the idea of chalkboard bottomed wine glasses!

I'd like to make body scrubs this year. I found a recipe for coconut lime body scrub that calls for coconut oil and lime juice, sounds delish. Not sure about what to make for the guys though.

Have you tried that? I'm so on board. It's a perfect gift for the guys and it'd force me to drink a ton of beer. Darn!

So making DH do this with me when he gets home from the field. How sweet would the German beer bottles be?

I've made those before! The string and flame doesn't work at all though. Get a glass bottle cutter for about $20 and save yourself the headache. I love my little corona glasses! I also make shot glasses out of single serve absolut bottles.
