Christmas
Who all is on your Christmas list? Do you think their ages are going to make a difference in how much you spend or should you spend the same for everyone?
I have: DH Dh's parents SIL & BIL Brother Sister & BIL Nephew (will be 6 months old) Mom & Dad Sandra (family friend) and all the pets: Troubble, Snikers, Lollypop, Kisses, Hugs, Mischief, Nini, Snuggles, Piglet, and Max I will probably be spending different amounts on the people, I always try to get something that has meaning and some of the stuff costs more than others.

We're only doing the minimum this year just because we've been so strapped financially with buying all new furniture for our house.
I have: My mom & step-dad My dad DH's mom & step-dad DH's dad & step-mom DH's sister & husband Nephew (who is 4) Neice (who will be one) DH's sister (who is 14) DH's brother (who is also 14) That's about it!

I have:
Db Db's sister (We don't do his 2 little siblings, they get enough already) Db's mom (not stepdad because he's a douche )My mom My dad My sister My grandma My aunt Maybe friends. I don't really get them much because we all have this mutal understanding that we are poor. My best friend, though, is the exception. Our gifts are always HP themed and last year I got her a wand from Allivans. I may spring for a broom this year because I missed her birthday. ($80 though )

I shop for my daughter and husband, mostly. My parents and sister each get something small, and my husband picks out presents for his mom, brother, sister, and grandmother. We don't spend much on our extended family.

We do:
Each other Christopher Nicholas Ben Lexie My parents His dad His mom and step-dad My sister and BIL His sister and BIL His other sister and BIL His little brother Three nephews His grandparents I think that's it. We have a budget set up for gift-giving throughout the year and stick to it pretty well. The bulk of our Christmas money goes to our kids and then the rest is kind of divvied up after that. But age does play a factor in it to some extent. For example, we usually spend a bit more on our siblings than our nephews (partly because they're so young).
