anyone??!
we were at the PX the other day....and walking by the halloween stuff. and i overheard a girl saying that she doesnt know why they put out that stuff when no one up here even celebrates it??!!
 IS THIS TRUE??! halloween is one of my favorite holidays. we dont know anyone up here, so if anyone knows any trick or treating activites for the kids....please let me know!!

I don't know why she would say that, I know plenty of people up here who celebrate Halloween. In fact, this past year I went trick or treating with a neighbor and her kid, and I was sort of surprised at how many people really went all out with decorations and stuff.
