Yes I know christmas is still like 8 months away however i am planning on doing shopping in august and getting things all together wrapped and finished by thanksgiving. so what did/plan on getting your 2 year old for christmas. i am asking from the grandparents some of those gym mats (the ones like these: http://www.daycaremall.com/images/cf/321-530.JPG or this: http://www.daycaremall.com/images/cf/321-047.JPG but much much much cheaper these were just the first ones i found that were like what i wanted) and a play kitchen. however i don't know what else to get for her. she turns 2 on dec. 20 so birthday and christmas

lol yeah we'll probably do accessories if one of the grandparents goes for the actual kitchen. she loves playing in the kitchen with us so i would think that the kitchen is better than a doll house (big one) kwim

i found some "pots and pans" and "serving stuff--plates, silverware etc" for toddlers. i might get her some trucks too since we are trying to not do gender specific ONLY toys.
