Easter Dinner.. - Happy Holidays

For those of you that have easter celebrations what do you normally cook? DH wants me to make a lamb and I have never made lamb

I was just going to stick with turkey or ham

My family will probably have smoked turkey with the sides. That is about it.

we have grilled chicken, potato salad, baked beans...so forth! (makes me so hungry now lol)
