Happy New Years!! All my sober friends

I didn't!
And I remember it all

We played a rough game of Scrabble - which I LOST. I freaking LOST! OMG!!

And we watched the Twilight Zone and drank hot chocolate - 3 of the kids crashed by 10 and the rest of us barely made it.

My oldest was cute about it - he was more focused on what DAY it was than the YEAR - when it was 12:00 he said "Yeah, it's Thursday!"

I didn't. I played some Texas Hold Em, but I was out within a few rounds, so I was bored out of my mind watching everyone else play.

I didn't get drunk BUT I fell asleep before New Years... Luckily my cell is never off, so I got woken up just in time for it all...

DB and I had a pretty chill night. just laid on the couch watching some movies with the dog until the ball dropped then had some champagne. It was great to have it just be us and relax.

I was sober... went to dinner, choked on a fishbone, came home, talked to my momma and then crashed. NYE has never been that exciting to me.
