The Official What I Got For Christmas Thread

    Advertisements
I figured there would be a couple dozen of these threads starting up, so why not consolidate into one?

Santa (DH) was very good to me!!! I got a necklace (more on that in a minute), a Lancome perfume and lotion gift set (more on that too), and a Nintendo DS Lite with half a dozen games!!

Necklace - this is funny, a sort of Songtan Gift of the Magi kind of ironic thing. On Christmas Eve, we each opened up one present. I opened mine first - the necklace. It's a peace sign necklace. I just started laughing because I knew what he was about to open up. A book about the Korean War!!

The Lancome set? Okay, French is a lovely language FOR THE MOST PART. I got lotion for my "corps" (corpes? WHAT?!!) and gel for my my "douche"!!! Corps, of course, being French for body and douche being French for shower.

So, what did Santa bring to you?

    that is funny!

We haven't done gifts yet... but I already know that some of my gifts will be a maternity dress, some butt cream stuff for miss Molly and a set of all the 'baby necessities' (comb, thermometer, nose thingy... etc)

Well for chanukkah I got Itunes gift cards, cash and random knick nacks. For Christmas so far I've gotten money a blanket and a gift card to border and I think I'm going to get a set of earrings I saw at a store that are just so beautiful.

Didn't get the only thing I wanted though.... No DB

DF got me a book called Stupid Black Man. (It's really for him, but he says it's for me. )

And he's getting my laptop fixed. That's about it, really.

I was hoping a thread like this would pop up. We celebrated Yule so I have been waiting for like 4 days for people to get gifts so we can all dish.

    I got..

An all new desktop, build by my amazing husband, that is super awesome and loaded with goodies. That was my big gift.

New shoes from the hubs (cuz he knows my feet get cold and all I have is flip flops right now. )

    First season of Heroes.

New bedroom set: sheets, comforter, pillowcases, bed skirt. Adam picked it out all by himself. He did good.

I also still have more celebrating to do tomorrow with my extended family.

hahaha I don't know if I have been good... but I got pregnant! If I weren't pregnant, I know I only would have gotten one gift from mom... this year we decided to all go cheap so I'm surprised at how many are for me under the tree. I know three and there is one more. I suppose though that new babies are irresistible to buy things for haha
