Thanksgiving Plans - Happy Holidays

I don't know if this has been asked yet so if it has I apologize.

I was just wondering what everyone was doing for Thanksgiving. Going out of town? Relaxing at home with family? Hanging out with friends?

Since I have to work the evening before and the morning after Thanksgiving, we can't go home (which is 2 1/2 hours away). We decided to have a few of DH's single friends from work and a couple of his old friends from the dorms over for a nice meal. I figured since they would probably just be sitting at home alone that I wanted then to come celebrate Thanksgiving with us. Plus it will get missing my family off my mind. It's gonna be my first Thanksgiving meal with turkey and the works. Lol. Wish me luck!!!!

I am taking the night off for once in 15 years. Since DH is gone the kids and I are going out!

It's not like my Mother cooks.

We are going like two towns over so does that count as going out of town

. We are going to my parents because I am too big and hormonal to cook a whole dinner like that alone!

My sister always has a big thanksgiving family thing.. so we're going there for thanskagiving. It used to be at my mom's but she passed it on to my sister

Even though hubs is away I am SO excited for thanksgiving! My family is USC alumni (great grandfather grandpa grandma mom and dad) well my sister Chelsea goes to ASU and they are playing on thanksgiving day and we got tickets! It should be so much fun. My sister made her and I shirts that say "United by name Divided by game" with a tojan on one side and a sun devil on the other

i don't know... my parents are going to be out of town so i can't go there but my sister hasn't said anything about it yet??? maybe just microwave turkey this year? oh well
