I would, but I'm backing off on my sewing. What I did got my girls and myself (also my aunts wedding) is got some nice cheap white blouses and embroidered on them Bride, Bridesmaid, Mothe of the bride, ect. Another idea is to get a cheap satin robe and embroider it as well. I son't mind doing embroidery, but I'm not doing much sewing at the moment.

What do you mean by vintage robe? What era are we talking about? Victorian robe would be very different than a 1950's robe.

If you give me a few pictures of what you're thinking about or a basic description I can maybe help you find something you'd like and perhaps even a pattern. My sewing skills aren't top notch (machines hate me and so I sew everything by hand.)

Depending on when your wedding is you could maybe make this yourself. Calling local fabric/sewing stores you can sometimes find classes that will help you learn to sew or assist you in contacting someone who could work privately with you.

    I mean like 1940's -ish.
I found a lot of neat robes on Etsy BUT they are SO expensive.

BUT trust me friend, I don't have time to sew between work, wedding planning, personal training and my four legged friend.

I'd love to see what you can find as far as patterns because I am LOST.

SALE VIBRANT Magenta Robe Autumn Harvest by NostalgicCollections[]=tags&includes[]=title

This one is almost exactly like the one you linked but shows a little more detail. I would LOVE this if it were just the right COLOR!.

BUT I didn't realize that I could get handmade on Etsy for cheaper!
