I keep one! I use an Eating Disorder recovery app to track, but I did just buy a log journal.

I'm using WW at the moment. Although I do have a MFP account. I'm going back to WW for now...

Not a whole lot.. You still have to track. The difference is that WW doesn't have anything to do with calories. Their focus is Fat, Carbs, protein and fiber. You don't have to worry about points for fruits and veggies, whereas with calorie counting you do. For example, a banana has like 50 calories, whereas in WW its 0... so you can eat however many you want without having to worry about how many points (calories) you have eaten.

for me, WW is just easier than tracking calories. WW also has other 'plans' such as eating just power foods.. no tracking points or anything.. just eat as many power foods you want until satisfied. So all you have to 'track' is what you've eaten, not the points or anything.

Hard to explain I suppose. Some don't understand how counting calories is more difficult (well more cumbersome) than counting points. It just is, to me.

In the end though, its all tracking what you eat, and making sure you are getting the most nutrients and wholesome foods for the amount of calories (or points) you can have.

Tracking exercise/activity is easier in WW as well.

Being on WW has taught me what foods I should and should not eat (Such as carbs.. i need to eat very little carbs). It also helps me keep track of how many servings of fruits/veg, fat/dairy and water I intake.

I started using the MyFitnessPal app earlier this month, I didn't know it was like a social networking thing too. People can add me, I have no idea how it works

    There is a breastfeeding option!

If I plug in "Breastfeeding, 1 day, 300 cal" as a meal, it deducts 300 for the day! So excited

lol.. i said in your other thread that BF was like 500 cals... i was off a bit, but it definitely burns calories... which is why you need to eat more than a non BF woman of same likeness
