This is crazy it took me forever to figure it out, but kinda fun!

Here is a test that is part of a second grade computer class in China . Some figure it out right away. Others report having to work on it for a week or more to solve it. Can you solve the puzzle?

Yeah it took me a good 5 minutes to finally figure it out
