Anyone good with photoshop?

I need a little help
I only have ONE picture from ball
And it's not such a great one. I can't find anything better to use for christmas cards though, so i'm stuck!

So would anyone want to fix it up for me?

Just some general tweaking/editing, and then i was wondering if there was a way to change the color of the background? Because it's kind of a bright blue, and I think it will look funny on a red/green card
