Picture help - Graphics & Signatures

When I go to upload pictures to MSOS it tells me they are too large and need to be resized but how do I do that? I know it sounds dumb but really . . .HELP!!!

I do it on my computer in Paint. I copy and paste a picture to the file... I always use a copy. Then I right click on it, and open it in paint... I start using the % window to down size it...

If it's still too big... I go back in... and open it again in paint and start making it smaller.

easiest way is to download them to photobucket, then they have lots of resizing options on there (im not very good with computers, but it is really easy even for a dummy like me) If you have any more questions like how to link the pics from there, just pm me. good luck!
