I have a few questions.... first I see people have the little like banners that say us army or us marine corps etc.... how do i get one of those on my profile....

Second does anyone know someone who can make a siggy for me?

Click on "User CP" on the top left of your screen, then click on "Group Memberships." Join the appropriate group and the blinky should appear soon after that. For the siggy, go to the graphics and signatures forum, and there are several threads that people have made offering to make siggies for people.
