DB and I are both Baptist. Having the same beliefs is important to us.
We are both agnostic, but at the same time we agree on somethings and disagree on others. It really doesn't matter to us, we both teach each other new things and enjoy talking about religion. i'm very accepting of all religions so I don't think it would ever be a problem for me to be with someone who follows a different religion. I'm very curious and love learning so I would be fine as long as they didn't try to push their beliefs on me or tell me that theirs is the only "right" one and/or my own beliefs are "wrong".
I am atheist and he is not, and it doesn't matter a bit. We respect each other and that is all that matters.
No, but we do attend a non-denom Christian church together. I grew up Catholic and DH grew up Methodist. DS is baptized Catholic.
Well DF was raised Baptist just recently has he started to question his beliefs and considers himself an Atheists now. I'm a non-denom Christian, it's something I want to share with him, but I love him and respect his right to believes as he chooses. We've discussed it at some length and he still thinks our children should be raised Christian. If they decided that they don't believe as I do then so be it.
yes- it was very important to me that my husband and I share the same beliefs. we differe here and there are some things, but we have and believe in the same "building blocks".
I'm catholic.. DH believes in the existence of a higher being, calls him God but does not have any form of religion.. ANd its not a big deal between the two of us... Love is all that matters..
*cheesy*
My husband and I are the same religion and denomination, we actually met in church.
I voted other because we have the same beliefs when it comes to religion but we don't really have a set "religion"
