With all the donations that flow through this site, wouldn't it be better for all if there was one main donation liaison to go through? Whether it be one person or a panel of people who help organize the donation things that go on through the site.

I just saw the second post. While I understand the site not wanting to be responsible, I just think it would be better for everyone as a whole for it to be monitored by someone rather then just free flowing through the site. Just my two cents though

Nope, it won't be done by me or any of the other staff members, because I purposely stay far away from getting caught up in all of that. I make personal donations when I can, but I do not want anyone ever assuming or getting the impression that any of these are ever endorsed or backed by the site.

So, if someone else would like to take the job of being the "liaison", then that's okay with me, but I'm not doing it. Sorry if this sounds mean, I just do not want to deal with any more legality, *****ing/griping, etc than what I already deal with Like I said though, if someone else would like to volunteer to do it on their own, that is totally cool with me, as long as people who donate know that it's not something that is run through staff members
