Quick cooking question

Can I substitute monterey jack cheese for mozzarella on pizzas? I know the taste is a bit different, but will it totally mess with the pizza?

I am making;
-BBQ chicken pizza
-All meat pizza
-Buffalo chicken pizza

In my own opinion, you can put anything on a pizza. It will taste different, but pizzas are made to experiment with!! Have fun!!

I think it would give it an interesting kick and wouldnt really ruin it at all

Well I usually put it on buffalo chicken pizza, and it tastes great, so I would assume it would be fine on the others, but I wasn't sure!

It would be great! I like chedder on mine. Especially with BBQ

may be a little greasier but it should be ok
I use a little bit of everything lol.
Dh doesn't like cheddar etc.. so I so a little bit of this one and a little bit of that one etc...

I say use what you want. I've had pizzas that had cheese other than mozzarella on them and they were really good. Give it a try. If you don't like it then you know not to do it again. Good Luck with it. I hope it is great.

You ladies should all take a trip to NY! We have every kind of pizza you could imagine here! I have about 7 pizza places in my tiny little town. It's awesome!
