postpartum depression
im soooo sad
but i have no reason to be. but every little thing makes me cry! and moving isnt helping! i know i will met new people up there but this will be our first reall PCS so im alitt.e scared and stressed. i cry at pretty much every thing and its not getting any better AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! ok sorry i just needed to tell someone how i feel dh kinda gets mad that i snap at him and then im crying its just a mess and then when i tell him whats wrong he says i need help. (jerk) damn hormones!

I'm sorry you are having to go through that...While I agree your DH could be a bit more sensitive, maybe he feels helpless inside and doesn't know what he can do for you even though it seems so obvious to you?
I don't have experience with this, but have you talked to your doctor or are there things you can get out and do with your kids or by yourself? Get some alone time? This is one of my worries after I have the baby. And then you have the people who have no compassion about this b/c they either haven't experienced it (men) or the women who did, didn't experience it that bad. |
