If you're posting something related to children that you're baby sitting or taking care of but you're not their mother, does it still go in this section? I feel sometimes like I'm a mother in training and waiting for class to be over.

I dunno! It would work. I'd probably put it in like the school and work section, or just general, but I think it could go in any of those. I think most people here use the new posts feature anyway so it should get viewed in any of those sections.

Omg I feel this way too sometimes. I've been a nanny for the same little girl for over 5 years (her mom & dad are divorced and mom is a flight attendant and leaves town every week so it's just me and her for 3 days at a time) i don't so much feel like a mother, but a really close aunt .

It's not school related, and I don't get paid for it, they're my future niece and nephew. They've got their own room at my house, and I've been mistaken for their mother on more than one occasion. I definitely see them more than I do DF so far. I'll just put it in the general section, thanks.

Parenting section is for all things kid related. So I would post anything like that here.
