Bribe her with skittles or m&ms. Autumn had NO interest in potty training until I offered her a skittle. Then, she was trained like, that day. And I only had to bribe her for a couple of days, honestly. After that, she went on her own without expecting a piece of candy.

Maybe she's just not quite ready. Maybe lay off, stop stressing about it (baby can feel your stress and anxiety level) and try again in a few weeks?
Also, my oldest dd would NEVER get on the little potty I bought for her. We finally figured out that she wanted to be on the BIG girl potty...so we bought a steppie stool for her and she was potty trained in a few days. Remember, I swear by this and promise to you....she will NOT be 25 and un-potty trained. This will happen.

Thanks ladies. I may try and lay off for a few weeks. I just feel like I failed in some way. With the holidays coming, I will be with the in-laws and I am sure they will have something to say about DD not being potty trained.

Or is she scared? Autumn was scared of the sound of a toilet flushing, at first. She refused to use public toilets and actually peed in my friend's backyard once because she was too scared to use her bathroom, and I didn't want her having an accident.

I found this online:
Many children are afraid of the loud sounds of the toilet flushing or may be worried that they will be sucked into the toilet and disappear. You can help alleviate these fears by teaching them what happens and why you have to flush. You can even play games like throwing toilet paper in and flushing it away so they can practice and learn how it works. Link http://www.howtodothings.com/family-...-toddlers.html
