Need the LD on Cloth Diapering....
I'm just curious how you get started...Cleaning them etc....Just trying to get a feel of if I could actually do it...My mom did it with me but had a service that washed them so I'm just trying to figure it all out...I'm so tired of buying diapers...

I bought 18 bumgenius off diapers.com. I wash them every other day on the medium load setting in hot water with 1/4 the recommend amount of all free and clear. I hang the covers to dry and dry the inserts in the dryer for an hour. I restuff them once everything is dry and shes good to go. For me they are as simple as washing and folding an extra load of laundry. I've noticed from to time they can get a bit stinky. In that case I rewash them with a tiny bit of vinegar. It works every time.

I used BumGenius All-in-Ones with Evan and I just washed with baking soda and vinegar in hot water, then double dry cycle. If they were a little stinky I would add an extra hot water wash cycle with borax before my regular cycle. Very easy!
