to your kids about certain things in your past? Like your wild days? Or the "horrible" teenager you were?

Maybe lie is not the correct word to use. Will you just not mention your past?

I don't think I will, however I might wait until an appropriate time to tell them certain things or go into more detail.

Nope, DH and I both decided to be honest with our kids. We figure if we can give them information, then we should.. rather than them finding out themselves. (even though we know that some kids do anyway.)

I would not. I feel like being open with them about the things I did and how they affected me could only be beneficial to them.

Nope DH and I are planning on being open and honest with the kids when we have them.. And as for the 9 year old we might adopt she knows a lot of whats went on in my life lol

I plan on being honest with my kids. My parents were honest with me. They told me about things they did, how it impacted their lives, etc... I want to do the same with my kids.
