Breastmilk spit-up Question - General Parenting

This afternoon after one of his feedings he was just smiling and then all of the sudden spit up a lot on my bed That was fine, I know it happens. But it's was kind of slimey/mucousy like. It was normal color, but slimey. Is that because he is BF? My other boys never had spit up quite like that and they used to spit up ALL of the time.
