oooooooook
I know this is a very odd and personal question about sex that might be better suited in the pillow forum but it also has a lot to do with here. I'm imbarassed to ask my doc this so i figured i would ask you girls first.
OK, i'm on bed rest/pelvic rest/physical rest and the doc said my vigina is a "no fly zone, not flying in or out, no pass go, no collect 200 dollars" Well i understand no sex as in the phisical penise and going in because i can't have pressure on my cervix... But.. now this is the imbarassing part... Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee don't look if ya don't want to know.. if ya want to know then i guess look... Does that mean i can't orgazim? I can orgazim without having actual sex. I need a reliease BADLY! And i have staied clear of anything with sex. Even shows on tv that show two people get sexual in ANY kind of way.. Should i ask? Or what do ya think?? |

M OB told me NO ORGASMS!!! I was on complete bed rest at one point with both kids and she told me the orgasm releases hormones that can cause you to contract. I would ask your OB as every situation is different and what one person was told may not apply in your situation.

I'm sorry
But usually no sex means no orgasm too. because of the things that happen WITH an orgasm (Your uterus contracts a little bit etc) I would avoid both if possible and if it is getting to you that badly then I would call the Dr and ask to be on the safe side

orgasm=uterine contractions
even though the contrax are USUALLY so mild, they aren't painful, they are still contractions and any little thing can "stir the pot". When I was on pelvic rest with both of mine (b/c of preterm labor with Jaxon and the placenta previa with shelby), the told me even the smallest contractions of the uterus from an orgasm (whether it be from outside or inside stimulation), can cause things "down there" to really get going. So, no fly zone usually means NO flight at all. Sorry!
