XBOX 360 users, I need help!!

Okay, so I know for a fact that my husband has played music from his IPOD through the xbox. Of course though it isn't working for me.

I plugged in my IPOD, went to music library, and tried to click on portable device but it won't let me what am I doing wrong?

I would just play my IPOD through the IPOD player but my ipod needs to be charged and the player I have doesn't support the touch

any ideas on how i make it play through the xbox??

I know my Xbox 360 doesn't support playing the Touch. It'll charge it, but not play it for some reason

i guess i'll just let it charge and play it through the ipod player. so stupid.

I know I wanted to use the music on my Touch in a singing game I have and it's not compatible It's so dumb.
