OH NO, that sux! J has been so lucky so far, has had his for 1 year and no problems *KNOCK ON WOOD!*, I hope you are able to get it repaired quickly!

That's why db got the elite- apparently all the bugs are "fixed." We'll see.

I don't even play and I remember how pissed I was when my soon to be ex's Elite outrageously priced 360 gave us the red ring. It's fixed for free though, so thank goodness for that!

idk whats going on with it. it just happened last night. i'm sure they will fix it since its still under manufacters warranty. but its still BS! we paid for 1 year of live for dh, and mine comes out automatically monthly. and yeah. ugh...pissed

We got that and they repaired it for free and sent it back within a week and a half.

What a pain!!

That happened to DH right after he had bought some live time...when he called to get the box sent out for repairs etc. he let them know that and they reimbursed him with free time...so that worth a try...I am sorry that it red ringed on you though...it can be such a pain.

That sucks. It happend to both of ours but they were repaired for free right away...no hassels and both boxes had vouchers for a few months free. We didn't have reciepts and they weren't on warranty any longer. They're both acting nice now

I just went through this a few months ago. I contacted XBOX 360 people and they sent me a box and label to ship it. I got the unit back within two weeks totally fixed for free.
