[that they made heroic ToC harder]

We were in the process of farming the hell outta h ToC and darn it, after server shut downs last week, it's become so much harder, and I wanted that ballin' 2h axe that drops!

It IS hard, no? Last night we were running it and our brilliant shammy left a totem up after the first phase, right by the door. When the next boss walked in with her guard, they ALL attacked it (all 9 of them) and then briskly finished us off. When we came back in, instead of them being where they normally position themselves, they were all grouped around the boss so we couldn't pull the groups separately. We had to be very... persistent (in other words 6 wipes and different CC methods) to kill them. It was RIDICULOUS.

It's so funny you say that because the only time I have been able to actually finish it is after it was made harder.

When it first opened and was still "easy" I wiped with every group I went in with over and over again until we finally gave up. I have been in there like three times since the last server shut down and did it with minimal wipes every time.

Now I am paranoid though. Thanks.

Zomg, I've managed to get through it ONCE since they made it harder. Once.

I hate it!

DH is healz and he can't heal it, and the ONE time I made it through, my healer was a priest and my tank had 41k HP!

That was it!

We're chicken ****s though, and always run out after we're dismounted on the first phase so we can rebuff/eat and take on the 3 bosses. Getting dismounted, trying to find weps, AND rebuffing just doesn't happen unless we zone out.

I just wanna cry... I wanted that 2h SO bad.

Dude running out is the smart thing to do.

SO much easier than trying to switch from joust to fighting, have the tank grab all the aggro, and watch out for the stupid poison when it drops... Running out is the way to go.

It's so funny, as we're sitting there watching the bosses come in, everyone in party chat is all "please no rogue, please no rogue". That poison is a *****.

Usually, I bubble (pallies, ftw) and run out after I've been dismounted... I died, once, on my way out, have in the zone and half out. That was hilarious.

Haha, I am a pally too, and I always manage to strategically place myself right near the exit when I see the final mounted boss getting close to dead.

I hate wasting my bubble if I don't have to cuz it never fails that the minute I use it for something like escaping, I need it for something else.

They changed it!

We've been dismounted numerous times with one of the bosses still on its mount!

And 9 times out of 10, I'm on the other side and I spend 5 mins. running around, trying to figure out which way is out. /fail

I have like no armor, so I'm a "one shot, one kill" pally. Gotta love the DPS. But I'm way over cap for hit rating and my haste is outta this world, and I still get rep, even when I'm dead.

DH, the other night, was all "Case, what's your armor when you aren't standing next to me with devotion aura on?" and I'm all "oh, 13k" and he goes "holy ****, you squishy!"

In my defense, I try to run with a clothie so that person dies first.
