Guild Wars?

I see many of you play WoW but I'm cheap, lol, so I play things without monthly fees.

That said, anyone play Guild Wars? -cue crickets-

I own a copy, but haven't cracked it open at all. My sis let me play her acct a while, though before the MIL sent me a copy. I didn't get around to doing much on it.

we played it for a little bit, but that was a few years ago. DH started off playing EQ in 2000 and he got guild wars and played it too for a little bit, but didn't like it as much (he's recently dropped EQ for WoW lol).

i could be wrong, but is that the game that when you hit the highest level there's NOTHING else to do and you basically have to start over? i can't remember if that's part of why he stopped playing it or not lol.

Guild Wars player here!!!!! I got it for Christmas because I, like you, am too cheap to pay the fees for WoW, though I love games like that!

I have an Elementalist/Monk I'm leveling up, finally about to get into post-searing at level 8 with all of my pre-searing higher gear. I absolutely love it! IMO, the graphics are just stunning - much better than WoW graphics. There are things about both games I like and dislike, but I'm really starting to like GW better!

YAY the graphics are definitely way better, but I love them both in their own way.
I haven't had a pre character in ages... I should start a new one

@taraw There's a level cap at 20, but there's still a ton of stuff to do
