Is it worth the price?!? I'm thinking about buying a gallon tub for $9.99, but am a bit hesitant.

Yeah, I think it's pretty good. And the mint chip is the best mint chip ever!

We ordered a LOT of Schwann's ice cream growing up, and my parents have about a half a million of those white tubs in the garage now. They reuse them for absolutely everything!

Yes it is. My mother in law turned me onto it. She has lactose problems and Schwans is the only ice cream she can eat. I love it and so do my kids and hubby. A lot of time they have really good specials on it.

worthy ice cream. My grandma used to get loads of it when I was younger... and I have to admit I love all ice cream for the most part, but schwans is among my favs, esp the mint chip, and fudge swirl cups.

Their strawberry shortcake clone ice cream bars are wonderful too.

Thanks for the responses! I ended up ordering the cookies n cream. I haven't touched it yet. It's still sitting in my freezer. Lol!

yes!!!!!!!! it is def worth it! but def a special occasion kind of thing because of the price.

We LOVE LOVEL LOVE their ice cream. When we lived on the mainland we once spent $100 just stalking up on our favorites.

While I wish there were a Schwan's on the rock ~ my wallet is grateful there isn't.
