Has anyone gone from Bank of America Military Banking to USAA? - Financial Management

I'm considering switching over. Mainly because BOA Military banking is VERY behind technology wise... They don't even show you a copy of the check you deposit (unlike their civilian bank accounts). Has anyone made the switch and are you happy with it?

DH has a REALLY good credit card rate with their Military Division.

Also, the security on their military accounts is amazing. Although, that's part of the annoyance. We can't do ANYTHING in a actual bank location bc a very few BOA employees can pull up our account. They have to be branch managers or something certified to do it

Everything has to be done over the phone or thruogh the mail... We can't even use the BOA application on our iphones bc they dont' support BOA Miltiary accounts...

We just switched from Armed Forces Bank to USAA last month, and so far it's awesome!!!

Me and my DB have USAA and we love it, we have has different banks and this one was the best.

i have BOA and USAA .. i am closing my BOA account and getting another local bank for me to deposit checks into ( so its easier) but i have yet to have a problem with USAA that hasnt been resolved
