They're okay. I've never had any big problems, and will likely always keep an account open with them. Their customer service seems to be hit or miss, but luckily I don't often need to call about anything, so it doesn't affect me too much.

I have them too. Not any real problems I don't like how they credit their checks next day if you deposit after 2 in branch after 4 through ATM but I am pretty used to it by now... I still think USAA is better though

i hate banks in general ( i only like USAA) normally I prefer credit unions. banks usually have a lot of fees.

I recently switched to Wachovia, too, and they ****ed me over. Probably because Wells Fargo bought out Wachovia and Wells Fargo was always screwing me over too. Fail.
The only bank I've never had a problem with was Navy Fed, BoA (but I rarely used it and then closed my account) and Armed Forces Bank. I strongly recommend going to a local credit union. Credit unions are always more secure, friendly, and helpful than national banks. There's one in my area called Metro 1 and I've never ever had a problem with them. The only sucky thing about Credit Unions is they don't always have ATMs everywhere, but some of them waive ATM fees.
