USAA Checking Direct Deposit Question

Hi all!

We're looking at witching checking accounts because we are frustrated with our current banking services provider.

Our big issue is that they don't deposit our pay until 8am West Coast time on pay day. EXACTLY on pay day. We're in Germany. It's 5pm by the time our pay gets deposited. And when I say EXACTLY on pay day, I mean that. For example, we're getting paid tomorrow (sunday) at 5pm Germany time.

Almost everyone else we know got paid Friday. The few people that didn't got paid today.

Sooo, I already have almost everything else with USAA and I was thinking of switching us to the USAA checking account.

I just want to make sure the above situation doesn't happen with them. So, a couple of questions for you all:

What time are the funds direct deposited FOR YOU? (please indicate what time zone you live in)

AND

Has your pay ever been deposited on the weekend or is it always on the date or the friday before if it is the weekend?

They only deposit on the weekdays.
So for instance this payday everyone got paid on Friday ( I think they update at midnight central time since they are in San Antonio)
if payday is a sunday or saturday you will get it on Thursday. If payday is on a monday you will get it friday. And if payday is during the week you will get it a day before.
They allow you to use the pending deposits which is why you get paid early.

I can't say exactly what TIME it's deposited, but it's always the day before payday. It's always there when I get up We were paid on Friday this pay period. We'll be paid on the 12th of June next.

The main branch is in Texas, I do believe. We're in Alaska. Hopefully someone in Germany w/ USAA can answer the time zone stuff

We have USAA and pay hit around 1pm Friday - we're also in Germany

They don't deposit on weekends. We always get paid the day before payday, unless payday is on a weekend or monday. Then we get paid the Friday before.
It usually deposits at midnight, central time.

I am not sure about DH's paychecks but my paydays are every other Friday and my pay is deposited on Thursdays around 1200-1230 England time.

I am in Korea and we get paid 9PM the night before payday so this past payday we were paid at 9PM Friday Korea time since the 1st is on Monday.
