why does the army like to take our money

can someone please explain to me why the army "borrows" money and does not return it in a timely manner what so ever?

I have never had the Army "borrow" any money from us.

From my husbands bank account.

Last time they too about $500 and made him in the red.

He is supposed to be "back paid" but they never do.

Oh they took money from him that they where not supposed to take. Im sure if you brought the bank statements in showing that he went in the negative, they will pay back any fees as well, since it was the military's fault.

At leased its a mistake, it happens often where with out notice they will take back money from you if they over pay you.

Do you mean his check was short or they actually paid him and then withdrew money from his bank account? I don't think they can do that.
