Yes, I know ours. I just don't get a lot of credit cards, pay my bills on time, and don't really have any inquiries. I also don't keep a balance on any of the cards I always pay the full amount.

Yes I know mine. And I'm very happy with it. I read a lot from financial experts about what goes into building the score and how to raise it. I keep old accounts open becuase the longer the account is open, the more your score goes up. I rarely open new cards and certainly not when I'm anticipating buying anything that requires a credit check. I always pay on time, not doing so causes a big hit and negative flags on your report. And the most importnat thing is being honest about your lifestyle and always living within your means, not getting sucked into the craze of buying on credit when you know deep down that it's something you don't need or something you'll honestly have trouble paying off. Live well within your means and be responsible with payments, the score will do nothing but improve.

I'll share... LOL
my ex H hurt my credit too... I was young and dumb...and from mistakes I made at 18, my score was 523 until 1 year ago... now it's a 668 and steadily climbing... it's still not amazing, but its improvement.... |

USAA.com has a section for credit improvement and it's fantastic. DH has upped his credit score 100 points since September. They have great tips and ways to help you do it, not just advice but tools.
(Type credit report on the USAA.com search engine.)
