Housing Refi Question
DH is going to re-enlist sometime this year and may change his MOS. I would love to refi or move to a house closer to the base in the next couple of months, but I'm scared to do anything until we know where he is going to be stationed.
How do you make the decision to pull the trigger on buying a place knowing that you could be moved in the next couple of years?
Also, if you have gotten moved before, what did you do with your house? I know some people who swear by renting and others by selling, but its all a bit foreign to me at this point.
I bought the house before DH and I got married and right now it is in my name only with a 6.25% 30-year fixed.
Any advice/opinions are appreciated! Thanks!
