Who do you have your mortgage financed through?

So far, we've shopped around with four different companies and MetLife seems to have the best rates and the least amount of BS (AND the friendliest people I've spoken with). So, I am thinking we will probably end up going with them.

Just wondering who everyone else went with

Well, it's confusing to me. National Bank of Kansas City is the bank we talk to... but I make payments to CitiMortgage.

We actually looked into going with them also b/c we found them through LendingTree and they had some great rates! In the end, the Metlife people ended up winning me over by having comparable rates and a REALLY nice person who has sat on the phone with me for hours answering every single detailed question I have

That's cool that MetLife was helpful. Kansas City was good for us, and always answers our questions pretty well.

USAA, I wish we could have used, but my "job description" changed in the two years previous (I had ETSed!! Of COURSE it changed!!!), so we couldn't. Frustrating.
