letter from USAA - Financial Management

I recieved a letter yesterday. It was concerning our homeowners insurance. It was very vague - it only said that we don't have the lowest rate available because of a consumer report. It also said that they were obliged to tell us this and we are entitled to find out about the report and what it disclosed. I'm wondering if this is a generic letter that was sent to a lot of people or if it was specific to us. There were no details in the letter, with the exception of our address at the top.

I think it's a generic, almost spamworthy, letter.

please verify that it is indeed from USAA before you give anyone your account information! in lieu of the economy & banks going bad, there are so many scams out there right now. my parents got a phone call about my savings account, asking for information "regarding my taxes". there is also a wachovia email scam going around. hoping it's legit, but be careful!

It's not asking for any info at all - it says that I don't need to take any action.
