2-3 days sometimes up to 7. all their loans go to committee so it takes longer.

I would say 24 - 48 hours.

Johns took the better part of a week. It was even longer to find out about refinancing.

I think we are looking at it being about that long. Especially since we modified it.

Well I'm not sure about the Navy Feds. Have you tried any personal loan providers? My cousin tried MilitaryLoans once. They responded quite on time and as soon as her loan was approved, in next 24 hours she got her money using their Direct Deposit service.
