Vampire Diaries
I read the books and I really like the show EXCEPT they are making Damon such a bad guy on the show when in the books he was not really a BAD guy. In fact in the books he was one of my favorite characters
 I am watching all of the VD episodes I dvr'd today

i have a full blown obsession with this show. i am really not into the vampire craze that seems to be sweeping the world right now, and for some reason i tuned into this show and have been HOOKED since. i

Ok I just finished last weeks episode and they have shown some of Damon's good side I was just upset at some of the murders they had him do when in the books he is a bad boy (LOL) but he only kills in self defense.
They sell the books at B&N and at Borders here for anyone looking for them.

I love the show but I almost dislike Damon so much that I don't want to watch sometimes, haha. I can't wait to get the books and read them!

Well, notice in the books he is MEAN, until he starts showing his true side. He's really a softy. He's starting to do that in the series.
 I loved the books as well. Thankfully another book is coming out in early 2010 I believe.
