Jon and Kate Plus 8 new season

    Advertisements
I am watching TLC and I just saw a commercial for a new Jon and Kate Plus 8 episode. It's something about them going green.

I guess this means they decided to do another season after all, unless this is just a one-time special thing.

I really like this show, so I am happy that it is coming back.

Does this mean she will stop using 80,000 paper towels? That drives me nuts I understand the plates, I really do...they're biodegradable, and less impact than all the water washing so many dishes would be...but damn the paper towels are out of control. I remember her saying on Oprah they used a case a week of them

I'm glad it's coming back, too!

yeah and i always thought she should've CD'd like i always think the duggars should (esp. since the duggars don't potty train until the kid on average is 4 or 5 and fuly able to get onto the big potty by themselves and take their pants up and down). prefolds and covers for sextuplets would've been cheaper than all those diapers lol

That is true, using that many paper towels is not very green. She should use washcloths or something. I use paper towels a bit too, but I only go through maybe one roll a week, if that.
Of course, I have 1 kid and a cat, and not 8 kids and two dogs.

The show on them going green will be on April 18th. I'm lame and will be setting my TIVO for that.

I can imagine the laundry load though with CD for 6 babies.
Plus, I bet she got a lot of free diapers from dipaer companies since they had so many babies.

I never cloth diapered though, so maybe the laundry load wouldn't be as bad as I imagined.
