    Travel Music?

    Advertisements
So Friday after I get out of work I am making the 12 hour trip to maine, and I hate messing with the radio everytime I am in a different frequency. So I wanted to make a few CDs to play in the car, so I want some ideas from you ladies of songs.

What are your favorite songs that are playing on the radio right now?
What are good old school songs!
What are your favorite songs to listen to when you travel!

    Any ideas ya'll may have!

    Thanks a bunch!!

What are your favorite songs that are playing on the radio right now? According to iTunes the most popular songs are as follows-- Circus(B. Spears), Love Lock Down (K.West), Hot & Cold (K Perry), Womanizer(B Spears), Love Story(T Swift)
What are good old school songs! My fav 80's song is She's a Beauty (The Tubes)

When I travel alone, I listen to chill music. Like, I looooove Bon Iver, Van Morrison, Pink Floyd, and Iron and Wine. It makes the drive so much better.
I dont really listen to the radio, so I dont have any favorites. Sorry.
Some old school songs I listen to is mostly from Pink Floyd, or The Beatles.
I hope that helps a little bit? I have a very strange/older person taste in music.

I like stuff I can chill with. The Shins (Chutes Too Narrow, Wincing the Night Away) pretty much rock my world. Spoon (anything) is also pretty fun. I totally go old school with Simon and Garfunkle and The Mammas and the Pappas. Tom Petty is pretty good for road tripping, as is Dave Mathews and all Broadway show tunes. Les Mis has gotten me through many a journey. If you need a pick-me-up, I suggest 3Oh!3. They are effing hilarious. I dare you to not seat dance.

    Have a safe trip!
