I believe it was a limited release in theaters but it's out on DVD. I loved it, it's beautiful. It made my eyes water and most movies don't do that. Didn't make me cry but it was close.

Anyhow it's about a Jewish man who goes to the Ukraine to find information about a woman in a picture that his grandmother gave him before she died. The woman supposedly helped his grandfather escape the Nazis during WWII.

Elijah Wood plays the Jewish man BTW. He does a great job. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0404030/

Did you buy the DVD....or rent it???

Where did you get it???.....I am on the lava rock too.

We rented it through Netflix. I know we heard about it sort of by chance, now I can't remember how. It wasn't widely advertised and was a very limited release.

I would think Blockbuster would have it. Hope you can find it!
